13. Where to get support ?
Now Bijoy is being sold by
everybody in the IT industry. It is being bundled with PCs, Keyboards and other
packages. Please note that any support in relation to Bijoy has to be obtained
from the me. You are to produce your License for that purpose. You are also
suggested that the Registration card is sent to us.
14. When, where, which
keyboard active?
This version of Bijoy is
different from other versions. In this version Bijoy or other keyboards become
active or inactive on particular application only. You can see activation of
Keyboard by clicking on the Bijoy Dialogue Box.
You can have Bijoy Dialogue
Box by clicking on the Bijoy Icon placed at the bottom of the Window.
At present you can only see
when Bijoy or English Keyboard is active or inactive.
15. Is it compatible with
all application?
This version of Bijoy is
compatible with almost all applications running under
Windows-95/98/NT4.0/2000/XP. We have tested with all major applications and
found that our software is fully compatible with those.
We have however found that
Macromedia Director 7.0 has changed its text entry pattern with its previous
version (6.X) and Bijoy-2003 Pro is not compatible with this version (7.0) as
of today. Bijoy-2003 Pro is however compatible with Director 6.X. You can also
copy and paste Bangla in Director 7.0 from any other text entry application.
You can also use other attributes of the Font menu after importing the text in
Director 7.X. At this point Bijoy-2003 Pro is not compatible with Infini-d 4.5.
We are trying to fix this problem and shall release an update as soon as it is
available. We are fixing this soon. Ask for the update.
You might have software which
does not run with Corel Draw, Please update to this version which is compatible
with Corel Draw 9.

ANY APPLICATION UNDER WHICH BIJOY-2003 Pro DOES NOT RUN OR CREATE PROBLEM(S) IN
CREATING BANGLA CHARACTERS.
