You might have a few general questions about Bijoy  Bangla Script Interface System. This file will help you in getting answers to those general questions.

1. All problems are not from Bijoy Script Interface System

Most people think that almost all problems in their applications are from
Bijoy Bangla Script Interface System. When someone install Bijoy Software and find that something is not behaving properly it is felt that that problem is from Bijoy Software.

PLEASE NOTE THAT BIJOY BANGLA SCRIPT INTERFACE SYSTEM IS RELATED WITH ONLY CREATING BANGLA CHARACTERS IN YOUR DOCUMENTS. ALL OTHER PROBLEMS ARE NOT FROM BIJOY SCRIPT INTERFACE SYSTEM.

First of all make sure that the application you are using have been working properly before Bijoy was installed. If there is any hang-up problem with any application that might be a  software which is not used commonly.

WE HAVE TESTED WITH ALL COMMONLY KNOWN SOFTWARE WHERE BIJOY DOES NOT MAKE ANY PROBLEM. HOWEVER THEIR MIGHT BE SOME APPLLICATIONS WHERE BIJOY MIGHT NOT WORK PROPERLY.

In that case just inform us about the problem and get a solution.

If any application hangs up after installing Bijoy Bangla Script Interface System, please call me for confirming if that is due to Bijoy Bangla Script Interface System. It might happen that some software might not work with Bijoy Bangla Script Interface System. We have tested with almost all known software and found that the System does not hang with any application. However it might not work properly.

We shall notify you of any problem which is reported to us.

Please note that Bijoy 2000/2001/2003 series software are compatible with 32 bit applications only. It might not work properly with 16 bit applications.
